Streetlamps

Streetlamps are glowing
Their reflection
in dark windows
And crisp air
blowing
Through a cold,
dark night
Shimmering behind
the glass
Glare with light
that is so bright
Like million
little stars
And thick raindrops are falling
Calling you this
exact time
Seems so
inevitable and right
But you seem to be
somehow
So distant and far
Like the Moon,
like shining stars
In unattainable
heights
Of the dark
November night
Thousand miles
away
